About Honey

Over its history as a food, the main uses of honey are in cooking, baking, desserts, as a spread on bread, as an addition to various beverages such as tea.

Honey is a food of high nutritional value and can be included as part of a healthy and balanced diet. It has strong antioxidant activity due to its content of phenolic acids and flavonoids. As well as antimicrobial action, since it accelerates wound healing. It has been used during surgeries or postoperatively, as in the case of burns. Soothes cough, helps improve chronic bronchitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis. It tones the body, improves heart function, reduces stomach ulcers. It generally treats gastrointestinal diseases, heartburn, constipation, as well as anorexia nervosa. Honey generally contributes to the proper functioning of the body, such as the respiratory system, immune, cardiology, digestive, urology, skin diseases, etc.

Honey contains more than 180 valuable elements, such as carbohydrates-sugars, vitamins, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, minerals-trace elements and organic acids.

All types of honey crystallize, some more and others less, while some may never because of their composition. Blossom honeys (honeys derived from flowers, blossoms, light-colored) crystallize more quickly, due to their natural glucose content, while honey species derived from honeydew secretions (honeydew found in coniferous trees) more slowly or never.

At this point we need to point out that all types of honey are beneficial for the human body, as long as the honey is produced by the bee, this miraculous creature. The type of honey we choose has to do with what flavor we like, such as some trace elements that it may contain more percent than another variety.

Who we are

About Us

It has been 46 years since we started beekeeping.

One morning, we were awakened by the intense crying of the baby we were raising. We visited our pediatrician, who diagnosed our baby with stomatitis (mouth ulcers). She reassured us and recommended honey as the best medicine.

In fact, she told us to look for unburnt honey, as the beekeepers would melt the honeycombs to extract the honey. By doing so, they were burning it and thus destroying its beneficial properties. He told us that with this, the stomatitis would heal very easily. We addressed beekeepers in the area until someone provided us with some honey. Indeed, the baby’s aphthous stomatitis disappeared very soon.

We didn’t have to think much about it. We took the big decision and bought two beehives, believing that this way we will have a natural medicine in our home. We searched for beekeeping books. The more we read them, the more interest grew in each page we studied. So, we moved from theory to practice. We multiplied the 2 beehives to 6, the 6 to 12, and so on. As time went on, the love for these miraculous creatures grew more. It has evolved over the years into a business that never stops teaching you.

Our honey is 100% natural. We provide honey straight from the beehive, unheated, unprocessed, unpasteurized. We have been producing honey for many years and we are undeniably proud of the quality of our products.

Beekeeping is an admirable science. A person needs patience, perseverance and willingness to work with bees. To practice beekeeping requires love and devotion to these blessed creatures. It is possible to achieve anything in beekeeping, if you have passion and organization.

My daughter felt as if she couldn’t see as she headed home from school. She was brought home in a bad psychological state by her classmates. Her eyes were filled with tears and she seemed very sad. After taking her to the doctor, I learned that she has a rare disease and needs surgery, for which I will have to travel abroad. I heard about royal jelly’s beneficial properties from an acquaintance. My search led me to you. After buying royal jelly for a long time, I was delighted when my child told me that her vision has returned!
